Accurascale D9012 Crepello is a 1:76.2 OO‑scale model of the British Rail Class 55 “Deltic” diesel locomotive, represented in the pre‑TOPS British Rail blue livery. The locomotive carries the running number D9012 and the name Crepello, and it depicts a unit built by English Electric at the Vulcan Foundry during 1961–1962, one of a total production run of 22.

The model features a die‑cast alloy metal chassis, a five‑pole motor with twin flywheels and a metal helical gearbox, allowing a scale top speed of around 120 mph (193 km/h). It is DCC ready with a 21‑pin MTX socket and includes a PowerPack capacitor for uninterrupted power, as well as all‑wheel drive and power pickup from all wheels. The fitting includes correct‑height mini‑tension‑lock couplers with NEM sockets, fully sprung metal buffers and RP25‑110 OO wheels, which can be re‑gauged to P4 or EM gauge.

Lighting is fully detailed, offering directional illumination, cab lights, engine‑bay lighting and marker lights (the latter can be switched off when coupled to a locomotive). The model also incorporates a range of etched metal and high‑fidelity plastic detail parts such as grab handles, steps, wipers, nameplates and crests, together with a high‑intensity headlight where appropriate. Two quality speakers with large sound capsules are fitted on sound‑equipped versions.

The locomotive is suited to a minimum radius of 438 mm (the second‑radius set‑track) and includes additional features such as windscreen wipers, sandbox hatches, battery compartment louvres and an upper central lamp iron. The product is identified by the manufacturer part number ACC2162D9012.
