The third class 66 to land on British soil back in 1998, 66004 was treated to its eye catching ‘Climate Hero’ livery during 2021 as part of a program to promote freight on rail by owners DB. The real 66004 runs on a diet of Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil, living up to its ‘climate hero’ credentials.

Our Class 66 model is based on the award winning ‘accura-standard’ platform, with all-wheel powered six-axle bogies, a powerful twin flywheel fitted motor and market leading electronics package.

Accurascale's Class 66 DB 'Climate Hero' Green 66004 Diesel Locomotive is a highly detailed model of the real-life locomotive that operates on British railways. The model features a striking DB Schenker / DB Cargo UK livery and is based on the award-winning 'accura-standard' platform.
