Accurascale has released a new OO gauge model, the BR 21T Coal 21 / MDO Mineral Wagon Triple Pack. This pack contains three separate wagons, each with its own unique running number. The wagons are finished in Grey, pre-TOPS livery and feature 1/107 pattern.

The wagons are modelled on the real-life British Rail 21 Ton Coal 21 / MDO wagons, which were built in the 1950s and introduced in 1950. A total of 1,500 wagons were built to this pattern, and they remained in service until 1988. The wagons were designed for carrying mineral coal and were often used in block rakes alongside other coal wagons.

The model features NEM standard coupler pockets and comes with narrow tension lock couplers. The wheels are metal with a 12.6mm diameter and are designed to be easy to convert to P4 and EM gauges. The model also includes extra fine factory-fitted detail plastic parts and sprung buffers. The wagons are finished in a pristine condition and feature individual lettering and codes from real wagons for added authenticity.
