Rapido Trains UK model of LNER C12 Tank No. 4010, presented in wartime black liveries, is a 1:76 (OO gauge) representation of the former GNR/LNER 4‑4‑2T locomotive. The model carries the manufacturer part number 989508 and is supplied with DCC sound capability via an ESU E24 decoder socket, factory‑fitted speakers, MoPower stay‑alive capacitors and a dynamic firebox flicker effect.

Key physical features include a tall chimney, dome, Ross pop safety valves, square‑edged tank, parallel sprung buffers and a plain smokebox door. The running gear is smooth and powerful, with a die‑cast running board, NEM 363 coupler pocket at the front and NEM 362 at the rear, and suitability for second‑radius curves of 438 mm or greater. The paint finish is museum quality, and a variety of detail options are offered, such as different chimney and dome styles, safety valve designs, tank corner shapes, condensing apparatus and coal‑rail variations.
