Here is a summary of the content in neutral, factual language:

The Heljan Class 07 (V2) is a model diesel locomotive produced in BR blue livery. The model is DCC ready with a 6-pin socket and features working lights, NEM couplings, and sprung buffers. It is a representation of the British Rail Class 07, a small class of diesel-electric shunters built by Ruston & Hornsby in 1962. A total of 14 locomotives were produced, primarily for use in and around Southampton Docks, where they replaced steam locomotives.

The Class 07 locomotives were used for dock shunting purposes and were eventually withdrawn in the late 1970s. Several were sold for industrial use around the UK. The model is designed to represent the locomotives in their BR blue livery, a style used before the introduction of the TOPS system. The locomotive has a wheel arrangement of 0-6-0 and a maximum speed of 20 mph.
