The Ford Transit Connect appears here as a service vehicle for Network Rail (Jarvis), in dark red and white with their red and blue corporate graphics featuring prominently. Our model is registered YK03 SWF from 2003 and features black exterior and interior trim.
Shaped by Ford kinetic design, the Transit Connect boasts improved aerodynamics for greater fuel efficiency and high-tech lights for greater visibility. Component parts were also designed for easy service and replacement. Its large cargo capacity lends itself to the demands from all quarters, so we can imagine how useful that feature would be to Network Rail personnel with all their equipment.
