The Dapol Marshall 5 Plank Wagon features a 9ft wheelbase and is available as a model in OO gauge. The wagon is highly detailed and accurately reflects the period of the Big Four railway companies. It is available in two designs, one with a 10 ton capacity and the other with a 12 ton capacity.

The model is based on the common 5 plank wagon design that was built by all the major railway companies between 1910 and the early 1930s. The wagon's sides are low, typical of the early days of rail freight when locomotive tractive effort was relatively low.

The model features profiled wheels, accurately applied livery, highly detailed body moulding, and NEM pockets with self-centring couplings. The measurements of the model are 73mm in length over the buffer, 33mm in width, and 33mm in height. The model is finished to a pristine standard.
