Heljan Class 15 D8229 is a OO gauge model of a British Rail Class 15 diesel locomotive, presented in British Rail green livery with late crest and full yellow ends. The locomotive is supplied in pristine condition and carries the running number D8229.

The model is DCC ready with an 8‑pin socket and can draw power from all wheels. It uses NEM coupling with a tension lock, and runs on a minimum radius curve of 1st radius (371 mm). The original locomotives were built between 1957 and 1961 by British Thomson Houston at the Yorkshire Engine Company (Batch 1) and at Clayton Equipment Co (Batch 2), with a total production of 44 units.
