Rapido Trains UK offer a 1:76 scale (OO gauge) model of Great Western Railway 45xx Class No 2171 in lined dark green, representing the locomotive as it appeared around 1910. The kit includes a copper‑cap chimney, saturated boiler with short smokebox, inside steam pipes, tall safety‑valve cover, wooden cab roof with portholes, early rocker‑arm covers and sandboxes, tapered buffers and a short front spring cover. Wheels are 14‑spoke small‑boss types with wedge‑shaped weights, and the model is fitted with the original‑length running board and Mk 2 bunker.
The locomotive is equipped for digital control, featuring DCC sound with a factory‑installed speaker, a Next18 decoder socket, MoPower Stay‑Alive capacitor, dynamic firebox flicker and fire‑draw effect.
