The Heljan Class O2/1 'Tango' model is a representation of the 2-8-0 steam locomotive that was introduced by the Great Northern Railway in 1921. Designed by Nigel Gresley, this locomotive was built to haul heavy mineral trains and was later used by the London & North Eastern Railway and British Railways Eastern Region.

The model is a OO gauge representation of the locomotive with a lined grey livery and a low running plate, GN cab and tender, and a tall chimney. It features a 21-pin DCC interface, a factory-fitted speaker in the tender, NEM couplings, and sprung buffers. The model also includes exterior details such as tender and locomotive pickups and an improved design and assembly over the previous batch, as well as more robust motion/valve gear.

The specifications of the model include a length of 250mm and a minimum radius curve of 2nd Radius (438mm). The locomotive is dcc ready and has a running number of 477. The model is a representation of the O2/1 class, which was built by the GNR/LNER Doncaster Works, North British, Glasgow, and a total of 67 were produced between 1921 and 1963. The period represented by this model is the pre-grouping era.
