The Heljan Class O2/2 'Tango' model, numbered 63940, represents a British Railways locomotive from the 1920s. It features a late crest and is built to OO gauge standards. The model includes a 21-pin DCC interface, NEM couplings, and sprung buffers. The locomotive is DCC ready and has a pristine finish. It is designed to represent a 2-8-0 steam locomotive with a heavy mineral train hauling capability.

The real-life locomotives of this class were built by the Great Northern Railway and later by the London & North Eastern Railway, with a total of 67 units produced between 1921 and 1943. The model depicts the later variants of the O2/2 class, which featured improved cabs and tenders. The locomotive was used for heavy mineral trains in the GNR, LNER, and BR Eastern Region until its retirement in 1963.

The model has a length of 250mm and requires a minimum radius curve of 2nd radius, equivalent to 438mm. It has a locomotive-only power pickup and is designed to represent a BR black livery with late crest.
