HAA Hopper Wagons, Three Pack, BR Railfreight - Era 8
Accurascale has released a set of three OO gauge HDA MGR Hopper Wagon models in Railfreight Red livery. The wagons are designed to represent those used by British Rail Railfreight and are available in a pristine finish.
Each of the three models is individually numbered, with the running numbers being 368357, T368407 and 368457. The wagons feature a NEM coupling and are designed to run on radius 2 or larger curves.
The models are built to a high level of detail, with features such as rivets, framing, strapping and accurately profiled door 'horns'. The wheels are RP25-110 profile and have separate brake blocks in line with the tread. The wagons also feature sprung metal buffers and dummy instanter couplings.
Accurascale's MGR wagon range is highly detailed and features numerous individual differences between wagon types, including three body styles, two hopper door styles, and multiple chassis frame variants. The range also includes different wheel and brake configurations, as well as various details such as air pipes, lamp irons and safety catches.
The models are suitable for use on 16.5mm track and have a minimum weight of 40g. They are designed to be highly realistic and are intended to represent wagons built between 1964 and 1982 during the British Rail Sectorisation period.
