HAA Hopper Wagons, Three Pack, BR Railfreight - Era 8
Accurascale has announced a new set of three HAA HOP AB MGR hopper wagons in Railfreight Red livery, expected to be released in Q4 2021. The models are designed for OO gauge models and are suitable for use on a minimum radius curve of 438mm.
The models feature a highly-detailed design, with die-cast chassis, detailed interiors, and etched metal details. They are also designed for easy conversion to EM and P4 gauge track. The wagons have been modelled with various differences between them, including three body styles, two hopper door styles, and multiple bufferbeam brake pipe configurations.
The models are built to a scale of 1:76.2 and are designed to represent the HAA HOP AB MGR wagons built by British Rail's Darlington Works, Shildon Works, and Ashford Works between 1964 and 1982. They are painted in Railfreight grey with a red stripe.
Each model is individually numbered, with running numbers 350053, 354592, and 356083. They feature NEM couplers and tension lock couplers, and are suitable for use with a minimum weight of 40g.
