Prototype information

Accurascale has released a new set of three HAA HOP AB MGR hopper wagons in Freight Brown livery. The wagons are available in OO gauge and feature a scale finish with a minimum radius curve of 2nd radius. The models are built to represent the period of British Rail Blue (TOPS) and feature accurate details such as rivets, framing, and door 'horns'.

The models are highly detailed and feature die-cast chassis, detailed interiors, and sprung metal buffers. The wheels are RP25-110 profile and come with separate brake blocks. The wagons also feature etched metal details, including brake levers and chassis plates.

The set includes three unique wagons, with each model representing a different body style: as built, rebodied, and CDA. The hopper doors are also accurately represented, with 'X' pattern doors on the coal variants and 'straight beam' pattern doors on the CDA. The wagons have removable coupler mounts and feature Kinetic NEM couplers.

The models are built to represent wagons from the 1964 to 1982 period and are available in Freight Brown livery. The wagon numbers are 351178, 352208, and 356165. The models are built by Accurascale and are a new release.
