Accurascale has released a set of OO gauge models based on the PCA VTG Castle Cement wagons. These models are designed to represent the early version of the wagons and are available in a three-pack set.

The models have a minimum radius curve requirement of radius 2, allowing for operation on tighter curves. They are equipped with NEM standard flexible coupler pockets and tension lock couplers. The wheel sets feature a darkened profile with 14.4mm back to backs and are made of metal with a 12.6mm diameter.

The wagons have been accurately detailed with etched steel parts, including ladders, walkways, and pipework, as well as extra fine detail plastic parts. The buffers are made of metal and are fully sprung. To enhance stability, added weight is included to meet the NEM standard of 25g per axle.

Each wagon in the three-pack set has been individually numbered and features lettering, logos, and codes from real wagons to ensure authenticity. The models are built by CFMF and Fauvet-Girel and are available in the Castle Cement livery. The production period for the models is set in the 1980s, during the rebuilding of the railways, specifically 1982 to 1985.
