Accurascale has released a new OO gauge model of the PCA VTG Castle Cement wagon. This model is part of a three-pack, each wagon featuring individual numbers and detailed lettering, logos, and codes.

The model is built by CFMF, Fauvet-Girel, and is designed to represent the early versions of this wagon type. It is intended to depict the period of initial privatisation, specifically from 1982 to 1985.

The wagon features NEM standard flexible coupler pockets and NEM narrow tension lock couplers. The wheels are RP25.110 darkened profile wheel-sets with 14.4mm back to backs and metal disc wagon wheels on metal axles measuring 12.6mm. The model also includes etched steel factory-fitted detailing, ladders, and walkways, as well as extra fine plastic parts and pipework. The buffers are metal and fully sprung.

The model weighs 25g per axle, meeting NEM standards for added weight.
