Accurascale has released a new set of OO gauge models, specifically designed to represent the early Castle Cement wagons. This pack of three models is a representation of the initial privatisation period.

The models are built by CFMF Fauvet-Girel and are a faithful reproduction of the real wagons. They are available in a pristine finish and depict the Castle Cement livery. Each model has individual numbers and detailing, along with lettering, logos, and codes taken from real wagons for authenticity.

Key features of the models include NEM Standard Flexible Coupler Pockets, NEM Narrow Tension Lock Couplers, and RP25.110 darkened profile wheel-sets with 14.4mm back to backs. The models also feature metal disc wagon wheels on metal axles, measuring 12.6mm in diameter. Other detailing includes etched steel factory-fitted components, such as ladders and walkways, as well as extra fine plastic parts and pipework. The models are also equipped with metal, fully sprung scale buffers.
