Accurascale PCA Bulk Cement – Rugby Cement Pack F – OO is a set of three OO‑scale cement wagons supplied in Rugby Cement livery. The wagons are finished in a pristine condition and each carries a unique running number: STS 74030, STS 74032 and STS 74044.

All three wagons are fitted with NEM standard flexible coupler pockets and are supplied with NEM narrow tension‑lock couplers. The wheelsets are RP25.110 darkened profile wheels with a back‑to‑back measurement of 14.4 mm and over‑pin distances of 26 mm. Metal disc wheels are mounted on metal axles of 12.6 mm, and fully sprung metal buffers are provided. Each wagon carries an additional 25 g per axle to match NEM standards.

The models represent wagons built between 1982 and 1985 by CFMF and Fauvet‑Girel, originally operated by Rugby Cement. They are 4‑wheel wagons of the PCA (cement) type, identified by the manufacturer part number ACC2025RG‑F and belonging to the British Rail sectorisation period. The design allows straightforward conversion to P4 and EM standards.

Detailing includes etched steel factory‑fitted fittings, ladders and walkways, extra‑fine plastic pipework and other components, as well as individual lettering, logos and codes taken from the real wagons for authentic representation. The minimum curve radius is 2 chains, and the wagons are supplied with both NEM couplers and tension‑lock couplers.
