Accurascale PCA Bulk Cement – Rugby Cement Pack I is a three‑wagon set in OO gauge representing British Rail sectorisation era cement wagons. The wagons carry the Rugby Cement livery and are numbered STS 74036, STS 74041 and STS 74043. They are modelled to the PCA cement wagon type, with owner STS and operator Rugby Cement, and feature a four‑wheel arrangement.

Each wagon includes NEM standard flexible coupler pockets and is fitted with NEM narrow tension‑lock couplers. The wheelsets are RP25.110 darkened profile wheels with a back‑to‑back measurement of 14.4 mm and an over‑pinpoint of 26 mm, mounted on metal disc wheels and metal axles of 12.6 mm. The models are built to scale with etched steel detailing, ladders, walkways, fine plastic pipework and extra‑fine factory‑fitted parts, and they have fully sprung metal buffers. An added weight provides the NEM standard of 25 g per axle.

The wagons were produced by CFMF in the Fauvet‑Girel workshop between 1982 and 1985. They are designed for easy conversion to P4 and EM standards and include the manufacturer part number ACC2028RG‑I. The pack offers a high level of authenticity through individual lettering, logos and codes copied from the real wagons.
