Accurascale PCA Bulk Cement – STS Pack A is a set of three 0‑scale model cement wagons produced by Accurascale. The wagons carry the livery and markings of STS, with individual running numbers STS10600, STS10603 and STS10611. They are built to the British Rail sectorisation period and represent wagons operated by Rugby Cement. All three have a 4‑wheel wheel arrangement, NEM standard flexible coupler pockets, and NEM narrow tension‑lock couplers.

The models are constructed with metal components, including RP25.110 darkened profile wheelsets, 3‑hole disc wheels on metal axles, and fully sprung metal buffers. They feature etched steel detailing such as ladders, walkways and pipework, and include extra‑fine plastic parts for added realism. Each axle carries an added weight of approximately 25 g to achieve the correct NEM standard mass.

These wagons were modelled after prototypes built between 1982 and 1985 by CFMF and Fauvet‑Girel. They are supplied with the manufacturer part number ACC2020STS‑A and are designed for easy conversion to P4 and EM standards.
