Accurascale PCA Bulk Cement – Rugby Cement Pack E is a 4 mm (OO gauge) model comprising three individual cement wagons. The set is painted in the Rugby Cement livery and is presented in a pristine finish.

The wagons represent British Rail sectorisation era units built between 1982 and 1985 by CFMF and Fauvet‑Girel. They are modelled as STS‑owned, Rugby Cement‑operated PCA cement wagons, with the railway code “CARKND: PCA”. The wheel arrangement is four‑wheel, using RP25.110 darkened profile wheels with 14.4 mm back‑to‑backs and 26 mm over pinpoints, mounted on metal axles.

Each wagon carries a unique running number – STS 74031, STS 74035 and STS 74039 – and features authentic lettering, logos and codes. Couplings are fitted with NEM standard flexible pockets and narrow tension‑lock couplers. The models include etched steel factory‑fitted detailing, ladders, walkways, pipework and extra‑fine plastic parts, as well as metal, fully sprung scale buffers. An added weight of 25 g per axle brings the set to correct scale mass.

The pack is designed for easy conversion to P4 and EM track standards, and the wheels are fitted with metal disc wagon wheels on 12.6 mm axles. The manufacturer part number is ACC2024RG‑E.
