73963 – GBRf, Early

73963 offers the perfect partner to 73962 as one of the original 3 rebuilt locomotives to enter traffic in 2014/2015. Starting life as E6030 also in May 1966, it became 73123 under TOPS renumbering and then 73206 as part of the Gat-Ex fleet. After conversion at Wabtec Brush, it was named “Janice”, the name formerly carried by 73204 (73962) prior to rebuilding. Our model covers the period after introduction with full Europorte branding.

The locomotive is presented in the British Railways Freight (GBRf) colour scheme and is accurately detailed as the rebuilt Class 73 numbered 73963, named Janice. It depicts the locomotive after its conversion at Wabtec Brush and carries full Europorte branding.
