Rapido MR‑210 is a limited‑edition OO‑scale model of LNER Class J70 steam locomotive number 7139, produced in a run of 500 units for Model Rail Magazine.
The model represents a Great Eastern Railway C53 locomotive built in October 1908 at Stratford, later operated by the London & North Eastern Railway and withdrawn in August 1953 after 44 years in service. It is depicted in black LNER lined livery, with a 0‑6‑0T wheel arrangement and a running number of 7139.
Key specifications include a 6‑pin DCC socket, NEM plus tension‑lock coupling, directional lighting, and a coreless motor. The locomotive has a minimum 1st radius curve of 371 mm, sprung buffers, optional sound provision, and interchangeable sideplates, cowcatchers and nose‑end doors.
The model is finished in pristine condition and is intended to represent the Big Four era (LNER, LMS, GWR and SR). Its manufacturer part number is MR‑210.
