Coaling Tower

These towers are an impressive sight and were an essential feature on mainline railways. The Pecoscene ranges provide the perfect loading material, Real Coal (PS-330 -332), Limestone (PS-342 and 3), Sand (PS-344), Iron Ore (PS-340), Grey Stone (PS-300- 307), and Brown Stone (PS-310 - 317) for a quarry, mine or pit loading hopper. Supplied with pre-coloured parts although painting and/or weathering can add realism (See the Pecoscene Weathering Powder range PS-360 - 365); glue is required to complete this model. Ratio Coaling Tower – Manufacturer Part Number 547

The Coaling Tower is designed as a detailed model of the large loading towers once common on mainline railways. It is supplied with pre‑coloured components and can be finished with additional painting or weathering using the Pecoscene Weathering Powder range (PS‑360 to PS‑365). Assembly requires glue.

The model measures 116 mm by 92 mm at its base and stands 181 mm high. It is intended to accompany Pecoscene loading materials such as Real Coal (PS‑330 to PS‑332), Limestone (PS‑342 and PS‑343), Sand (PS‑344), Iron Ore (PS‑340), Grey Stone (PS‑300 to PS‑307) and Brown Stone (PS‑310 to PS‑317) for use with a quarry, mine or pit loading hopper.
