Modular Covered Footbridge

With its fine scale latticework and curved section roof, this typical footbridge will add interest and a sense of importance to any model station.The versatile kit design means that the stairs can be assembled to face in either direction or straight off the end of the bridge. Additional kits can be used to create multiple spans, whilst larger, busier stations often had 2 stairways to each platform, leading off in both directions. Could also be used without the roof sections at a large terminus under an overall station canopy. Supplied with pre-coloured parts although painting and/or weathering (See the Pecoscene Weathering Powder range PS-360 - 365) can add realism; glue is required to complete this model. Span: 180mm

Ratio Modular Covered Footbridge – Part No. 548

A fine‑scale footbridge kit for OO/HO model railways, featuring detailed latticework and a curved roof section. The bridge measures 180 mm in span and is supplied with pre‑coloured components; glue is required for assembly.

The design is modular: the stairways can be fitted to face either direction or to terminate straight off the bridge. Additional kits allow for multiple spans, and larger stations can be fitted with two stairways per platform, leading off in both directions. The roof sections may be omitted for use beneath a larger station canopy.

The kit is part of Ratio’s 00 range of building and accessory kits and can be enhanced with the Pecoscene Weathering Powder range (PS‑360 to PS‑365) for added realism.
