Oxford Rail has released a model of the British Railways Mark 3A Tourist Standard Open (TSO) coach, M12056, in Blue & Grey livery.

The model is part of the Oxford Rail range and represents the Mk3a coach design, which was introduced by British Rail in 1975 for loco-hauled use across the network. The Mk3a coaches were initially used on the West Coast Main Line from London Euston, but have since seen service on many other parts of the network.

The model features a finely detailed exterior, with correct interior seating for the TSO class, fully painted. It also includes NEM coupling pockets, detailed coach ends, connectors, and service pod arrangements. The model measures 322mm in length and is designed for OO gauge. It is a representation of the coach in British Rail Blue (TOPS) period and is a suitable addition to any model railway layout depicting the period from the 1970s onwards.
