Heljan Class 45/0 45060 ‘Sherwood Forester’ is a limited‑edition die‑cast model issued exclusively for the Rails of Sheffield range. It represents a British Rail Class 45 diesel locomotive in the original BR Blue TOPS livery with full yellow sealed‑beam ends. The model carries the manufacturer part number 45305 and is supplied ready to accept a 21‑pin DCC decoder.

The locomotive offers extensive detail options covering the various sub‑classes of the BR/Sulzer Type 4, including steam‑heat, boiler‑isolated and ETH‑fitted configurations, multiple nose‑end arrangements, vacuum or dual‑brake systems, and bespoke bodyside grille plates. Additional features such as etched boiler steps, metal wipers, inner‑end sandboxes and highly detailed cab interiors allow the model to be tailored to individual locomotive specifications.

Functional equipment includes separate cab lighting controlled by a magnetic wand, LED tail lights, directional LED headcode panel, marker lights and high‑intensity headlights.
