The Rapido USATC S160 No. 5820 'Big Jim' is a model locomotive representing the USATC S160 class locomotives, which were built during the Second World War. The model is part of Rapido's OO gauge collection and features a DCC sound system.

The model is modelled in the livery of the Transportation Corps U.S.A. and features a light grey satin finish. The locomotive was originally built by the Lima Locomotive Works in Ohio in 1945.

The real-life locomotive, No. 5820, was repatriated to the UK in November 1977 and is now preserved on the Keighley and Worth Valley Railway. The model was first released by Rapido in 2014 and has undergone various tooling variations since then.

These variations include standard lamp irons, a straight strap smokebox door, and a PKP air pump with a short smokebox handrail. The model also features stepped running boards on the right-hand side, a right-hand drive with a screw reverser and original pattern firehole door, and cab rear shutters. The tender has lockers and coal space storage, and the model includes an ejector fitted to the right-hand side of the smokebox and a boiler-mounted ejector pipe. Additionally, the model features alternate piston valve covers.
