This pack contains two IIA Biomass Bogie Hopper Wagons, 'unpainted' with GBRf and VTG logos - âGhostedâ former First logos
The Accurascale IIA biomass hopper features several notable changes over the previously announced HYA/IIA coal hopper. As well as the distinctive roof doors and operating equipment, it also has the WH Davis revised design of end plates with just seven wider vertical stiffeners versus 15 on the Romanian-built examples, plus door master controls and four additional small boxes per side that contain the magnetic switches on the real thing for door/hopper operation.

The Accurascale IIA Biomass Bogie Hopper Wagon is a OO gauge model available in a four-pack set. The wagons are built by a combination of IRS in Romania and WH Davis in the UK, with production taking place between 2007 and 2011. The models represent the initial period of railway privatisation in the UK.
The models feature a highly detailed design, including etched metal detailing and extra fine plastic parts. Each wagon has a unique running number and decoration, with 'ghosted' former First logos and current GBRf and VTG logos. The wagons are equipped with NEM standard coupler pockets and tension lock couplers, as well as sprung buffers and dummy screw link couplers.
The pack contains four wagons, with two featuring running numbers 83 70 6955 306-8 and 83 70 6955 349-8. The models are 240mm in length over buffers and weigh 160g. They are suitable for use on curves with a minimum radius of two.
