Prototype information

The Accurascale HYA Bogie Hopper Wagon is a twin-pack model featuring two OO gauge wagons representing Fastline Freight's fleet. The models are built to a 1:76.2 scale and are designed to run on 16.5mm track.

Each wagon is 240mm in length and features a high level of detail, including etched metal and plastic parts, such as air pipes, brake hand-wheels, and levers. The models also include sprung buffers and dummy screw link couplers.

The wagons are equipped with NEM standard coupler pockets and narrow tension lock couplers at the correct height, allowing for smooth and reliable coupling. The TF25 low track force bogies feature brake blocks in line with the wheels and separate brake-shoes and brake adjusters.

The wheel-sets have a blackened RP25.110 profile and measure 14.4mm back-to-back, with 26mm over pinpoints. The models are finished in a pristine condition and feature individual lettering, logos, and codes from real wagons for authenticity.

The Accurascale HYA Bogie Hopper Wagon is designed to represent the initial privatisation period, with a built date range of 2007 to 2011. The models are built by IRS in Romania and WH Davis in the UK.
