* Class names often change over the lifespan of a locomotive, so this is not necessarily the class name used by the operator in the period modelled.

Hornby BR H Class 0‑4‑4T (model number 31265) is an OO gauge model of the South Eastern & Chatham Railway H‑class steam locomotive. The kit is DCC ready with an 8‑pin socket, finished in pristine condition and carries a lined black livery with the early British Railways emblem. It measures 132 mm in length, runs on all wheels, and is fitted with a 5‑pole skew‑wound motor. The model includes NEM couplings with a tension lock, and the couplings are also NEM‑type.
The locomotive represented is numbered 31265, which corresponds to its British Railways allocation after earlier numbers 265 (SE&CR) and 1265 (Southern Railway). The real engine was built at Ashford Works in May 1905, entered traffic as SE&CR 265 and later operated in push‑pull service between 1912 and 1914. It was based at Ramsgate Shed from 30 November 1946, subsequently moving to Tonbridge and Stewarts Lane before being withdrawn in August 1960.
Key specifications of the model: gauge OO, minimum curve radius 438 mm (2nd radius), power pickup via all wheels, colour black, and manufacturer part number R3631. The model depicts the early British Railways crest period.
