Heljan Ruston 165DE PWM diesel locomotive – 97 652 – BR Yellow is a limited‑edition model released exclusively for Model Rail Magazine. It carries the manufacturer part number MR‑405B and reproduces the British Rail sectorisation era in the bright yellow livery used by Ruston & Hornsby.

The model is built to OO gauge standards, with a 0‑6‑0DE wheel arrangement and power picked up by all wheels.
