Heljan Ruston 165DE PWM Diesel – PWM653 – BR Light Drab Green is a limited‑edition model released in partnership with Model Rail Magazine. The model is supplied under Heljan part number MR‑403 and was produced exclusively for Model Rail.

The locomotive is compatible with DCC using a Next 18‑pin socket and is designed for OO gauge trackwork. It features a 0‑6‑0DE wheel arrangement with power pickup from all wheels and uses NEM/Tension‑lock couplings. The minimum curve radius specified is radius 1.
