The Heljan Ruston & Hornsby 165DE 0-6-0 Industrial Yellow Diesel Locomotive is a model of a diesel shunter.

This model features a DCC Ready 18-pin socket, allowing for easy installation of a digital command control system. The model's livery is depicted in Industrial Yellow, a common colour scheme for these locomotives.

The model is designed for OO gauge and is based on a 0-6-0 wheel arrangement, with a highly detailed cab interior and underframe. The locomotive is also equipped with working lights, including interior lights.

The model is built to a scale of 1:87 and measures 88mm in length. It has a minimum operating radius of curve of Radius 1, allowing it to navigate tight spaces.

This model is based on the real-life Ruston 165 PWM, a class of diesel shunter built by Ruston & Hornsby in the 1950s and 1960s. A total of 164 of these locomotives were built, with some being delivered to British Rail as part of the Western Region fleet.

The model is a representation of a locomotive from the British Rail Blue era, specifically from the time period covered by the Train Operating Company's TOPS system.
