Dapol OO Fruit Mex GWR 38215 is an OO‑scale model of a Great Western Railway Fruit Mex wagon, produced by Dapol under the part number 4F-015-015. The model is finished in the traditional GWR brown livery and represents the period of the Big Four railway companies (LNER, LMS, GWR and SR).

The real Fruit Mex wagon originated from the GWR 8‑ton Mex B cattle wagon, which was modified with an added top section and side slat panels to carry large quantities of fresh fruit, especially strawberries from the West Country and the Vale of Evesham. Changes in legislation concerning animal welfare and transport rendered many older cattle wagons redundant, leading to the conversion of some units into Fruit Mex wagons.

The Dapol model includes highly detailed body moulding, profiled wheels, NEM pockets with self‑centering couplings, and accurately applied GWR brown livery. It is intended for use on OO‑gauge layouts depicting the early to mid‑20th‑century railway era.
