JNA Falcon Ballast Box Wagon Network Rail NLU29112
The Dapol model of the JNA Falcon Network Rail NLU29015 is a representation of the real-life JNA ballast wagon. This wagon was designed to transport ballast and spoil from various national infrastructure projects in the UK. A total of 555 units were built by Trinity in Romania between 2003 and 2004, with all of them being delivered to Network Rail in 2004.
The model features a finely moulded chassis and body, as well as free rolling bearings for smooth operation. The livery and decorations have been accurately applied, giving the model a realistic appearance. The model is designed to represent the rebuilding period of the railways in the UK, and is typically seen operating in sets of five.
The model is built to a scale of N gauge and is 222mm in length, 33mm in width, and 31mm in height. It features NEM pockets for easy conversion to alternative couplings. The model is designed to be used with the Network Rail yellow engineer's livery, and is an accurate representation of the real-life wagons used by Network Rail.
