Era 7 (1972 to 1982) British Rail Blue (TOPS)
Era 8 (1983 to 1994) British Rail Sectorisation
Announced as part of our Winter 2021 British Railway Announcements, we are delighted to unveil this BR VEA Van in BR Railfreight Red & Grey livery.
Joining the three previously announced models which will also be arriving this Winter, all of the Bachmann Branchline VEAs are made from all-new tooling which raises the bar in terms of detail and fidelity when it comes to OO scale vans. The highly detailed body includes separate wire handrails, separate lamp irons & end boards, and two variations of door runner (smooth or ribbed), whilst the underframe is a work of art with separate components fitted to represent the air brake gear, turned metal buffers and optional brake hangers and ties.
