Accurascale has released a new OO gauge wagon pack, featuring three Coil A / KAV steel coil wagons in British Rail blue livery. The wagons are finished to a pristine standard and are numbered B949152, B949163, and B949140. Each wagon features a NEM coupling and a tension lock coupling.

The wagons are based on Diagram 1/412, Lot 3450, and were introduced in 1962. A total of 50 wagons were built to this pattern, and they remained in service until 1992. They were used in block rakes and mixed with other steel wagons, such as Coil B, Coil E, Coil G, Coil L, and Coil T, as well as JGVs and JMVs.

The pack features common characteristics, including NEM standard coupler pockets, narrow tension lock couplers, and RP25.88 darkened profile sets. The wagons also feature metal 3-hole disc wheels on metal axles and are designed for easy conversion to P4 and EM gauges. The model includes extra fine factory-fitted detail plastic parts and sprung buffers, as well as individual lettering and codes for authenticity.
