Over the last few months especially, I've seen more younger people taking up the hobby and making it their own... with a different take on building model railways and how to do things differently. I'm also starting to see more women showing up and showcasing their modelling talent.... but of course there are still lots of ways we can help make the hobby more welcoming and something everyone can enjoy....
