For one of the smaller High Street model railway shops, the much-loved Great Eastern Models - owned by sisters Anne and Helen - packs a mighty punch!
Known for their tongue-in-cheek social media posts, their infamous Photo Frame, and distinctive red bags, the shop has become a popular destination for railway modellers up and down the country.
But Great Eastern Models doesn't do online shopping nor does it even have a website. So just how have Anne and Helen managed to catapult their little shop in Norwich to become the model railway shop on everyone's lips and in everyone's hearts.
I sat down with Anne and Helen for a cup of tea and a chinwag to find out.
