43 PCA (PC020A) powder tanks were built by Powell Duffryn in 1988 for alumina traffic between North Blyth and Fort William on the West Highland line. They PCAs continue to be in use today.

Revolution Trains pack of four Alcan‑liveried PCA tank wagons, supplied with optional ladders. The set is identified by manufacturer part number RT‑PCA20‑401C and represents the initial privatisation period of the system. Each wagon is modelled in OO gauge, 1:76.2 scale, for use on 16.5 mm track.
The models include NEM coupling pockets, RP25 wheel sets that can be converted to EM or P4 standards, and a minimum curve radius of 438 mm (second radius). Detailing is high, with numerous separately fitted plastic and photo‑etched components; optional discharge chute plates are also available. The optional ladders are fitted to the Alcan and debranded Alcan liveries.
