Rapido has released a new addition to their Evolution range, a set of three non-corridor bogie coaches in British Railways' early crest livery. The coaches are part of the Rapido Evolution Batch 3 collection and are modelled on the 48' non-corridor bogie coaches used by BR during this period.

The pack includes three coaches: a brake third, a third coach, and a composite coach, each with their own unique number: S8459, S7963, and S9004 respectively. The coaches feature a range of tooling and detail features, including elliptical roofs, electric lighting, footboards on the guard's bogie, and full internal and external detail.

Other features of the coaches include working lighting and NEM coupling pockets with a kinematic coupling mechanism. The set also includes an optional 'vacuum pipe' close coupling bar for those who wish to use it.
