This OO gauge model is a representation of a London, Midland & Scottish Railway (LMS) gunpowder van. The model, part of the Rapido Gunpowder Vans collection, is finished in pristine condition and features the LMS grey livery with running number 299031. The model is designed to represent a wagon of the Big Four period, which includes the LMS, London North Eastern Railway (LNER), Great Western Railway (GWR) and Southern Railway (SR).

The model's underframe is modelled on the Railway Clearing House (RCH) pattern, with a vacuum through pipe present. The wheels are three-hole disc wheels, and the buffers are also of the RCH pattern. NEM couplings are fitted for convenient linking to other models. The model is on a scale of 1:76, making it suitable for OO gauge layouts.
