Bachmann LMS 5MT ‘Stanier Mogul’ 42968 is a 250 mm (10 in) model locomotive in a pristine condition. It carries a lined black livery with the British Railways late crest and is marked with the running number 42968.
The model is DCC ready with a 21‑pin socket, can negotiate a minimum radius curve of 438 mm (2nd radius), and features pickup in the tender. It represents a steam‑powered 2‑6‑0 ‘Mogul’ built between 1933–1934, of which 40 were produced, and is based on a preserved example.
