Our Western Pullman Ultima Digital Sound Set features the iconic 6-car Pullman in its stylish grey and blue livery as it ran on the Western Region from 1967.

The Dynamis Ultima DCC system allows you to fully experience the extra dimension that the twin sound decoders bring to this exquisite model. Also includes an evaluation version of the Railcontroller software and a USB cable to enable you to get a feel for the software, whilst giving you the ability to harness the power of the Dynamis Ultima.

Bachmann BR ‘Western Pullman’ 6‑Car DEMU Dynamis Ultima Sound‑Fitted Train Set is a 2018 range model presented in a pristine grey and blue livery. It represents the British Rail Class 251 Midland Pullman, later known as the Western Pullman, as it operated on the Western Region from 1967. The six‑car diesel multiple‑unit measures 1 640 mm in length, has a wheel arrangement of a 6‑car unit, and is capable of a maximum speed of 90 mph.

The set includes DCC‑enabled digital sound via twin Dynamis Ultima decoders, directional and interior lighting, and is compatible with all major UK track systems. It runs on a minimum curve radius of the 2nd radius (438 mm).
