Accurascale APCM Cemflo / PCV Powder Wagon – single pack, model LA200 preTOPS, is supplied in the Blue Circle livery for the OO gauge. The wagon is finished to a pristine standard, bears the running number LA200 and is fitted with NEM couplings and narrow tension‑lock couplers. It represents a bulk powder wagon (PCV) from the period of British Railways Late Crest and is marketed as the property of Associated Portland Cement Manufacturers Limited, with manufacturer part number ACC1057‑PCV‑1.

The model includes highly detailed, factory‑fitted components such as brake pipes, lamp irons, etched sole‑bar sections and pipework. Sprung buffers and a fully detailed underframe with brake rigging and hangers are provided. The wheels are blackened metal 12.6 mm three‑hole disc wheels on metal axles, using RP25.110 profile sets with 14.4 mm back‑to‑backs and 26 mm over pinpoints. NEM coupler pockets are fitted, and additional internal weight has been added. The wagon is designed for use with EM and P4 track systems.
