The set includes three individually numbered wagons, each in the Blue Circle livery and finished to a pristine standard. All wagons are fitted with NEM coupler pockets and narrow tension‑lock couplers, and carry the Associated Portland Cement Manufacturers Limited (APCM) ownership markings.

The wagons represent the PCV (Cemflo) type used for bulk cement powder, with manufacturer part number ACC1051‑PCV‑B.
