Rapido Trains UK is set to release a third batch of its popular 'Evolution' coaches, featuring a range of liveries and styles.

The 'Evolution' range is a range generic 48ft bogie coaches, designed to represent pre-grouping vehicles, with a wide range of tooling options to create multiple styles of roof and coach types. Coaches are available in triple packs or individually, with features including removable roofs, adjustable interior lighting, and NEM coupling pockets.

A total of nine new liveries are planned for the third batch, including:

LBSCR mahogany
Great North of Scotland Railway purple lake and cream
Southern Railway olive green
London and North Eastern Railway brown
BR crimson
BR malachite
National Coal Board colours

Additional individual coaches will be available, including four BR departmental coaches, a camping coach, and a pair in generic crimson and brown. A Kent & East Sussex Railway twin pack will also be exclusive to the Rapido Trains UK website.

Prices for the 'Evolution' coaches are expected to be:

Individual coaches: £69.95
Triple packs: £199.95
