Dapol has announced the release of four new ventilated vans with toy-themed branding in August 2025. These models are available to pre-order now and will be released in both OO and O gauge.
The OO models feature detailed body moulding, NEM pockets with self-centring couplings, and will be priced at £13.00 for pristine and £14.20 for weathered variants. The O gauge models have a self-compensating chassis, metal sprung buffers, metal Instanter coupling, and profiled wheels and axles with brass bearing pockets. They will be priced at £55.51 for pristine and £57.91 for weathered variants.
The proposed liveries for the models are:
- 4F-011-154 Ventilated Van Matchbox
- 4F-011-156 Ventilated Van Meccano
- 4F-011-158 Ventilated Van Mamod
- 4F-011-160 Ventilated Van Dinky Toys
A limited number of these models will be available, so it's recommended to pre-order at your stockist to avoid disappointment.
