Footplate has announced that it will be sponsoring The National Festival of Railway Modelling, taking place at the NEC in Birmingham on November 22-23. This is a major event in the modelling calendar, featuring over 60 of the UK's best model railway layouts and more than 120 traders, clubs and societies.
Footplate will be bringing its famous 'Pre-Owned Jamboree' to the show, giving visitors a unique opportunity to experience its range of second-hand railway models and accessories.
Tickets for the event are now on sale, with advance booking offering a discount of £5.50 off the on-the-day price, as well as a reduced car parking fee of £10. Pre-booked ticket holders will have access to the show from 9:30am, while those who pay on the day will be able to enter from 10am. All visitors will receive a copy of BRM and Show Guide, worth £9.99.
